My inner child is sixteen years old!
Life's not fair! It's never been fair, but while
adults might just accept that, I know
something's gotta change. And it's gonna
change, just as soon as I become an adult and
get some power of my own.
How Old is Your Inner Child?

No, no baby yet, for those of you who thought my journalistic silence must be due to the fact that I now have two children to occupy my time. Nope, still pregnant. And that's all I'm going to say about that, rather than risk going into a tirade of complaints and venting. Wow, is it tempting. I have one week and two days until my due date, and I'm counting down as if it means something.

It's so good to be home. Today I had a visit from a dear, dear girlfriend. You know the kind of friend where you can not talk for ten years, yet you know, without a doubt, that you could call them a decade later, and they would be there for you? Such is Angel. She rocks, and has the kind of serendipity in her life that even I envy. Just being around her though, a lot of it has shown up for me. I'm doing some graphic design work on a set of meditation cards she's designing, for kids. Just talking to her, and reading these cards, it's already made a huge difference in the way my life is going, let alone my day. She's a constant reminder that God is good, all the time, and is so willing to give to me when I just open up and let in the gift. How cool. And speaking of gifts, just for working on this project, just as a model to work from, her publishing place sent me a free deck of angel oracle cards, a new toy. They're so beautiful, and I can't wait to look through them. Life is good, and I can't wait to show my little boy just how great it can be.
