My Husband Bakes
assembled @ 11:09 a.m. on 2005-01-29

Theres a lot to write about today in the few minutes before I leave for Jens shower, so I probably wont get to it all. But what prompted me to even sit down for this long is, once again, this FlyLady thing. Not so much how it helps me, though it does, but the remarkable and completely unexpected effect its having on Hero. Hes been cooking full meals. Cleaning up the living room without being asked. This morning, he got up and decluttered the top of his dresser (which has been a disaster I wouldnt touch). At this very moment, hes down in the kitchen making a cake. And all of this is unsolicited, unprodded by me. This completely rocks, and is such a great reward that it almost makes me forget about the car accident and the very sick kitty earlier this week. But more on that later, since I have to go now. Oh, the suspense.
